Patrick Rebull, PE, CGC
Mr. Rebull is a licensed professional engineer and certified general contractor with over forty years of diverse national and international design and construction experience. Throughout his career, he has been involved in the planning, design, and construction management of major site infrastructure development, building, educational, and airport facilities. He has extensive experience in construction project cost and quality control, schedule oversight, and value engineering, having participated in numerous VE studies as a key participant involving major building and infrastructure design projects. His experience includes preparation and negotiation of contract terms and conditions, claims management, analysis, negotiation, and resolution of construction disputes; and has provided construction litigation support, forensic engineering, and expert witness testimony on large and complex cases. He has also served as a presenter and panel member at conferences and symposia related to the public-private partnership project delivery system.
Pat frequently served as an independent consultant and expert witness to law firms and other industry clients involved in construction litigation. And now he brings a wealth of knowledge to General Forensic Engineers.


Nelson Salazar
Nelson is a highly respected co-founder of AEC Inspection Services, doing business as AEC Drone Services, LLC. He is a leader in the rapidly evolving field of small Unmanned Aircraft Systems (sUAS), commonly known as drones. With over seven years of experience in commercial aerial services, he has expertly navigated the technological landscape and applied his in-depth knowledge to bring sUAS services to enterprise and consumer markets.

Nelson holds several certifications and licenses, including a Residential and Commercial Property Inspector License, FAA Part 107 Commercial Drone License, Level 1 sUAS Thermography Certification, Authorized Tower Person, UAS Tower Inspector, and Certified Aerial Roofing Surveyor Specialist. His extensive knowledge and experience in the field of sUAS have made him a valuable asset to his clients and colleagues.

In addition to his work with drones, he has a strong background in Construction Project Management and Waterproofing within the construction industry. He is a certified Project Manager and has earned his credentials in Construction Management from Florida Atlantic University.

Dedicated to giving back to his community, he has volunteered with various organizations for over ten years, including The City of Miami Homeless Veteran, the American Red Cross, and the Knights of Columbus. His commitment to his community is a testament to his character and values.
Nicholas Salazar
Nicholas is a highly skilled and experienced professional inspector with a focus on safety management risk. He is also a master drone operator with eight years of experience flying drones and a licensed FAA Drone Pilot with four years of experience in the field.

Nicholas is a highly qualified and valuable asset to any team with a Property Inspector License, FAA Part 107 Commercial Drone License, Drone Base Skill Certified Authorized Tower Person, and UAS Tower Inspector certification. He is dedicated to providing his clients with exceptional service and ensuring that all safety protocols are followed.



Samantha Salazar
Samantha Salazar is a highly skilled and motivated individual who has dedicated her career to the field of forensic engineering. She is a graduate of Florida International University, where she earned her degree in Business Management.

With over three years of experience in the construction industry, Samantha has developed a strong skill set in project coordination, drone management, and office administration. She has a keen eye for detail and a passion for excellence that she brings to every project she works on.

As a project coordinator at a general forensic engineering firm, Samantha is responsible for overseeing the progress of various projects and ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget. She works closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure everyone is on the same page and that the project is moving forward smoothly.

In addition to her project coordination duties, Samantha is also responsible for managing the firm's drone operations. Samantha is a highly organized and detail-oriented professional who takes great pride in her work. She is committed to delivering exceptional results to her clients.

Lissette Salazar
Lissette is a seasoned professional in the construction industry with over seven years of experience. She began her career as a franchise owner of a residential painting company that serviced the southern Florida region, including Miami Dade County to Broward County. During her time as a franchise owner, Lissette gained extensive knowledge in project management, customer relations, and business development.

Currently, Lissette serves as the head of the business development and networking department for a general forensic engineering firm. In her role, Lissette utilizes her expertise to build relationships with clients, identify new business opportunities, and expand the firm's reach in the industry. Her knowledge of the construction industry and her ability to establish strong relationships has proven to be an asset to the company.


Suharmi Cahill
Suharmi is a corporate representative for the General Forensic Engineering firm. She graduated from Miami International University (MIU) with a bachelor's degree in graphic design and marketing. Despite her educational background, Suharmi has shown dedication and proficiency in her duties as a Forensic Engineer's corporate representative. She is known to be a hard-working employee, committed to the success of the firm. With her skills and work ethic, Suharmi makes a valuable contribution to the firm's operations and growth.
Said Nour, Ph.D., PE, M. ASCE
Said Nour has an engineering career spanning over 22 years with a progressive experience in a wide range of projects in the built environment. He completed his undergraduate degree in 1998 with a Bachelor of civil engineering at Ryerson Polytechnic University in Toronto, Canada. He continued his studies at the University of Windsor in Canada where he graduated in 2001 with a master’s degree in civil engineering with an emphasis in structural engineering. He started his career in the United States in 2001, working as a project engineer in the inspection, repairs, and strengthening of buildings and bridges. He also graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2016 with a degree of Doctor of Philosophy in civil engineering. He is a licensed professional engineer in Florida and several other states. His maturing career made him hold several key positions from a senior engineer to the manager of an engineering department.


Michael Z Woolington, PE
Michael Z Woolington is a Professional Engineer with extensive experience in forensic engineering, structural engineering, and drafting. He is currently working as a remote contractor for General Forensic Engineers, LLC in Miami, FL, where he reviews site and building data collected by licensed home inspectors and prepares forensic engineering reports on building damages and structural failures. Prior to this, he served as President and Principal Engineer at Technical Engineering & Specification Testing LLC in Monroe & Brevard Counties, FL, where he provided engineering design, inspections, and testing services.


Jorge A. Gomez Agosti, PE
Mr. Gomez Agostini is a licensed professional engineer with over nine years of diverse national and international design and construction experience. Throughout his career, he has been involved in the planning, design, and construction management of site infrastructure development, and building. He has extensive experience in construction project cost and quality control, schedule oversight, value engineering, and infrastructure design projects.
Jorge frequently served as an independent consultant and now he brings a wealth of knowledge to General Forensic Engineers.
